We went to my moms today for a visit and to wish her a happy birthday. Friday was her birthday so it was a late birthday visit. While we were there my sister and niece came over. I got to play with anna it was fun and good practice for when little man gets here. here are some more pics. 
Me and kathy went shopping with my dad and stepmon friday night. We picked out a real nice babybed that will be here in two weeks. I picked out some my first nascar bed sheets for the baby. When the crib gets in and we get it put together I will post pics of it. That is my stepmoms new car behind them pretty aint it.
Today we went to my moms for a visit. My sister and her husband were there with my niece anna. She is the star of jarrodblog. We had a good time here are some pics.
Last night me and kathy were watching a movie and she said she felt the baby move. I put my hand on her stomach and got to feel it to. It was pretty cool. I didnt think she was far enough along yet but I guess I was wrong. She is going on six months. The baby feels like he is going to be strong. I think he is going to be about 12 pounds but who knows. Will post new pics when she has her next ultra sound.
Can you believe those punks that beat and killed those homeless men. If it were up to me they would be tried as adults and locked up with the worst felons i could find. Its stuff like this that makes me wonder what is up with todays youth. I was a wild teen but i could have never done anything like this. This is what happens when you cant spank your kids anymore. I dont mean beat them but bust that butt ever now and then. In todays time if you pop your kid on the butt somebody will call the state. This is why kids think they have control. They need to bring back paddleing in schools instead of haveing them tell on their parents everytime they dont get their way. I feel lucky kathys three boys are pretty good but you can see kids all over the place acting up and just being plain rude. Next time your out just watch and see how many kids just about run over you to get what they want. There are a lot of good kids out there but the punks are getting out of control. This is just something to think about, just one of my many thoughts.
This weekend is the AFC and NFC title games. In the NFC game its the panthers vs. the seahawks. I think the seahawks will take it by 10, going to be a great game. The panthers showed last week that they were a good team when they beat the bears, but i dont think they can stop the seahawks offense. In the AFC game its the steelers vs. the broncos. This will be a tight game but the steelers defense will come out on top. Steelers win by 3.
Has everyone heard of the space capsule with the comet dust in it. I saw in the paper today that they are hopeing to find out how the solar system was formed. I dont see why this is such a big deal as it is made out to be. What good could come out of this? The paper said that this was a 212 million dollar project. With all the problems in the world today why would anybody want to study this. There has to be a better way to spend that kind of money and research time than on this crap. People are living on the streets, children are suffering all over the world and they want to study dust. We cant find a cure for cancer or help the elderly pay for their meds. but we'll spend years and millions looking at dust. I know everyone has different beliefs thats what this country is about, freedom. It used to be in God we trust, if that was the case then why are we trying to find out how the solar system was formed. In the Bible it says that God created the earth and the heavens. Thats enough for me. I just dont see why this kind of money and time cant be spent on something of more importance to the human race. If people believe that all this was created by the big bang than fine, believe what you want. But lets take time and help the world we live in. I dont want my child to grow up in a world full of all the bad while idiots are trying to find out where the solar system came from. I think this much money and research should be used in finding cures for cancer, MD, and helping fight the homeless problem in this country. Stuff like that would make the world my child has to grow up in better not studying how the solar system was made.
Doc. Jones said mom and baby are both fine. Got to hear the babys heartbeat and it sounded great. Kathy says he is starting to kick alot. I told her he knew it was getting close to raceing season and he was getting ready. I hope everything keeps going the it is and both keep being just fine. Will be posting more pics this weekend.
I hope this year is better or as good as last year for everybody. We have a doctors app. this friday to see how little man and mom are doing. Will be posting pics that night. The big day is getting closer but seems so far off. Cant wait and I hope him and kathy are both alright when its over.
